2. Account information
We use account information to authenticate you, personalize your experience, enforce platform rules, and communicate service updates. You can update certain profile fields in your account settings. Deleting your account initiates removal or anonymization of personal data as described in our data retention practices.
3. Payment processing via Stripe
Purchases on Lustria are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. When you buy Diamonds, VIP memberships, or other paid features, payment card and billing details are collected and processed directly by Stripe according to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive limited payment metadata (such as transaction IDs, amounts, and status) but do not store full card numbers on our servers. Creator payouts may use Stripe Connect, which requires additional verification data collected by Stripe.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the service is used. Session cookies are essential for authentication. We may use analytics tools to measure performance and improve the product. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them.
